I am based at my Wem clinic on Fridays between 11am and 3.30pm.

I am available for home visits on Thursdays and can travel up to twenty miles from the Wem area to have face to face counselling sessions at your home.

I am available for online and phone counselling on Mondays between 9am and 8pm.

Counselling sessions last an hour and for best results occur regularly, once a week. I will work with you, to come up with a six to twelve week plan depending on your needs and desired outcome.
